Production process

Harvest

After harvesting and transporting to the factory, the cane is washed and cut into debris, after which a mill crushes the cane and squeezes it.

Evaporator

The mixture after grinding will be separated pulp and water, the juice will be put into an evaporator, boiled and crystallized into sugar crystals.

Centrifuge

From there it is put into a centrifuge, where it will squeeze out any remaining liquid, completing the process to obtain dry sugar crystals.

Granulation machine

The crystal is now refined, bleached, recrystallized and dried in a large granulator.

Crystallization concentrate

Next will go through the filter to remove impurities, the end result is pure cane sugar, without bleaching or adding chemicals.
